Aimed at the whole family, these classes use art and yoga poses to play, share, and connect.

This month, let Sky Hopinka’s work inspire a journey into the cultures of Native North America—deeply connected to forests, rivers, animals, identity, and community. Guided by the spirit of respect for all living beings, a value at the heart of Indigenous traditions, we’ll explore nature in new ways. Through yoga, you’ll get to become the wind, leap like animals, stretch tall like trees, and even shine like the sun and moon. This activity will give the little ones, and the grown-ups with them, the chance to connect to their creative essence as they explore conscious movement.
