A session with the Museum’s Education Team to help you plan your visit to the exhibition with your students. Guided tour of the show included to take a look at Japanese-American artist Ruth Asawa’s fascinating sculptures. Asawa is one of the most original representatives of modern art, and a pioneer in the use of unconventional materials. Her delicate wire structures seem to be floating in space, defying the traditional laws of sculpture and her art tells a story of creativity, innovation, and achievement.
